Shooting/Editing Process
We will make sure that we have all of the necessary documents filled out for your order before we start shooting your session. The time to that is included in your package will be when we start taking photos to the end of the time frame. We will take note of the frame number when we start your session.
Editing Process
Family Pictures & Other Portraits
It takes up to a week to edit photos for your package. After editing we'll contact you for a "sit-down" session to go over which photos you'd like printed and added to your finalized CD. This all depends on your package selection. After making your choices, it takes up to two weeks to receive your photos from our lab. We will either ship them to you, or you may pick them up in person.
Weddings
It takes up to (2) weeks to edit photos for your package. After editing we'll contact you for a "sit-down" session to go over which photos you'd like printed and added to your finalized CD. This all depends on your package selection. After making your choices, it takes up to two weeks to receive your photos from our lab. We will either ship them to you, or you may pick them up in person.
Payment Policy
We accept cash or checks. Checks are to be made out to:

Any package over $200 requires a 50% down payment (25% is non-refundable). The remaining payment is due on the date of event. No refunds after receipt of prints.
Any package under $200 must be paid in full on the date of the event (25% is non-refundable).
Return/Dissatisfaction Policy
Our mission is for absolute customer satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with pose selection after shooting (during "sit-down" session), we will allow up to (2) pose retakes free of charge. If you desire more poses retakes we will charge an additional hourly rate of $45 per hour. Any additional charges are to be paid prior to receipt of prints
If your prints are received from the lab in an unsatisfactory condition due to a lab error, we will reprint free of charge. If you desire additional changes unrelated to lab error we will charge an hourly rate of $45 per hour for alterations. Any additional charges are to be paid prior receipt of prints.
Additional prints are available Ala carte. Please call for details if additional prints may be desired. You do reserve the option to print at a retail outlet using the supplied CD or DVD, but we do want to stress that often the paper quality can be inferior to the printing process SnapEdge Photography utilizes.
